A real team. A real office. Transparent implementation end-to-end.
Dofitek is a real technology company operating on the ground in Haiti, with a full technical team and administrative team. Every partner project is handled by people you can meet, in an office you can visit.
Systems engineers, technicians, and installers based in Haiti — not subcontracted from abroad.
Every machine is tested and configured in our Tabarre workshop before it ever reaches a school.
Procurement, logistics, accounting, and partner relations are handled by a dedicated administrative team.
Partners can visit our offices any time — Tabarre 44 #4, zone Chetalain Tours, Haiti.
How we execute every project
Every partner-funded project follows the same disciplined process. Partners are informed and consulted at every step.
We confirm the beneficiary school identified by the partner, verify the need, and inspect the room, power, and security conditions.
Each computer is selected, tested, cleaned, configured, and loaded with the required software in our Tabarre workshop.
Our team delivers, installs, networks, and tests the entire lab on site — and handles the electrical and surge protection setup.
We train school staff so they can operate, maintain, and protect the lab from day one.
We prepare photos, an equipment inventory, an installation summary, and a complete partner report.
We resolve early technical issues for free during the first 90 days so the project has a strong start.
Simple for partners. Disciplined in execution.
Every project is governed by clear commitments — so funds, equipment, schools, and students are all treated with the same level of care.
Project funds are tied to a chosen lab package, Tech Kit, school, or campaign. If conditions change, partners are informed before reallocation whenever possible.
If exact equipment models are unavailable, Dofitek may provide equivalent or better alternatives and document the substitution.
We check room conditions, electricity, basic security, and implementation needs before installation.
Every lab delivery produces an inventory list, installation summary, and school confirmation.
Student images, names, and stories are only shared with proper school approval and in a respectful manner.
Partner recognition is dignified and education-focused. Students are never used as advertising objects.
Installation or support problems are logged, assigned, and included in follow-up reporting.
If a school becomes inaccessible or unsuitable, Dofitek proposes another qualified school or project adjustment for partner approval.
Dofitek for Schools is a school technology implementation program — not a public charity, investment offer, or fundraising platform. Partner organizations manage their own funding, beneficiary selection, and compliance.
