How long does installation take?+

Typically 2–5 days on site, depending on lab size, room readiness, electrical work needed, and internet availability.

Do schools need to have internet already?+

No. A lab is valuable even fully offline — many learning tools run locally. Where internet is available, we configure it; where not, we use offline content.

Who selects the school that receives the lab?+

Partners typically nominate the beneficiary school. When asked, Dofitek can also recommend a vetted school based on need, room conditions, electricity, and student population.

Are the computers new or refurbished?+

We use modern, fully functional name-brand equipment (Dell, HP, Lenovo or equivalent). The exact mix depends on availability and the project budget, but every machine is reliable, school-grade, and warrantied through our supplier where possible.

What happens after the 90-day support window?+

Schools keep using the lab independently. Partners may renew support, fund maintenance visits, or commission upgrades. We remain available for paid support too.

Can my organization brand or co-brand the lab?+

Yes. Partner organizations can be acknowledged on a plaque in the lab and in the partner report. Co-branded inaugurations can be arranged.
