We stay in touch long after the implementation.
Dofitek maintains constant communication with partner organizations well beyond execution. You'll always know how the project is performing — and the impact it continues to have on Haitian students.
How we keep partners connected to the impact
We have a solid technical team on the ground in Haiti and a dedicated administrative team. We are a real company operating at Tabarre — and we use that local presence to keep partners genuinely informed.
From school confirmation to inauguration, partners receive structured updates at every project stage.
We send photos of the equipment, the installation, and — when permitted — the students using it.
Periodic updates on how the lab is being used, number of students served, and feedback from the school.
Partners can email, call, or visit any time. There is always a real person to talk to.
When safety allows, partner representatives are invited to visit the school for the inauguration or a follow-up visit.
